مشکل در نصب سی پانل

در پوتی با روت که وارد وی پی اس میشم
دستور
wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
رو که می زنم میگه " نات فاند " !
برای نصب ال ایس ادمین همین همین پیغام رو میده
setup
رو هم که می زنم برای وارد شدن به فایر وال تا غیر فعال کنم باز میزنه " نات فاند " !
Os سنتر هست 5.5

این رو هم خوندم و با
vi /etc/selinux/config
SELinux رو غير فعال کردم
ولی باز
cd /home wget -N http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/latest
نات فاند میده !

الان سی پانل نصبش شروع شد ولی خطای زیر رو داد :

هاست نیم رو تغییر بده ببین درست نمی شه
