نمیدونم مشکل چیه

همیشه دلیل اینکه
1. به دیتابیس وصل نمیشه
2. حق دسترسی
3. .htaccess
ولی الان نمیدونم مشکل از کجاست همه راه هارو تست کردمس
فایل پی اچ پی تو خالی هم میزام هم این پیام میاد
