محدود کردن پورت

سلام،
بنده یک مشتری دارم که درخواست ۲۰۰ مگابیت پورت داده.
میخواستم ببینم کسی میدونه چطوری پورت ۱ گیگابیت سوییچ رو لیمیت کنم روی ۲۰۰ مگابیت؟
