خب شش سروری که از این دیتاسنتر داشتم از چند ساعت پیش دان شد
ایمیلی از طرف دیتاسنتر اومد
The night from Friday on Saturday (1st July on 2nd) between 1:30 -
6:40am CET, we have experienced a partial network outage.
It started with a DDOS attack (targetted to none of our customers),
but 1 of the routers we are connected to was having a hard time
handling it. After that was resolved there was a problem with a blade
which took everything completely out (hardware failure). Luckily that
was fixed rather quickly but we still suffered from 5-10% packet loss
and on some locations it was even above 50%.
Around 6:40am CET everything was fully resolved and we have been
monitoring it for the next couple of hours to see if it remained
stable (which it did).
Then today between 6:05 - 6:20pm CET, all traffic was blocked from 1
router to our core switches. The reason for this is still being
investigated, to make sure it will not happen again. We luckily picked
it up very quickly and it was therefore also quickly resolved.
Next week we'll be having an important maintenance where our core
switches will be replaced by new Brocade XMR 4000 routers for a much
more stable setup.
The timing for the outages couldn't have been much worse, I hope for
your understanding in this matter and I hope you also understand we do
everything we can to keep our customers fully up2date about anything
that happens within Server Boost and her network (whether good or
bad).
