کمک در رابطه با تنظیمات cfx

با سلام. بنده یک وی پی اس لینوکس دارم که روی آن فایروال cfx نصب است.
همچنین یک نرم افزار تحت دسکتاپ دارم که بین کاربران منتشر کردیم و کاربران برای کار با این نرم افزاز باید به دیتابیس دسترسی ریموت از طریق پورت ۳۳۰۶ داشته باشند . این نرم افزار هر چند ثانیه از روی سیستم کاربر باید سایت را باز کند و به همین خاطر تعداد زیادی درخواست از هزاران ip سمت سرور سرازیر می شود و آنتی ویروس و فایروال سرور این درخواست ها را به عنوان حمله شناسایی میکند و ip انها را بلاک می کند.

من میخواهم دوستان حرفه ای راهنمایی کنند که از طریق پنل whm قسمت پلاگین ها و بعد فایروال چطور cfx را تنظیم کنم که حداکثر کانکشن ip را داشته باشم و ip ها بلاک نشود؟ شاید اصلا حدث من اشتباه باشد و به دلیل دیگری ip ها بلاک میشود . اصلا از کجا میتوان این دلیل را دانست؟
هر‌کاربر با نرم افزار هر ۵ ثانیه اتوماتیک یک صفحه از سایت را باید رفرش کند و یا به دیتابیس وصل شود و اطلاعات بگیرد . باید تنظیمات به گونه ای باشد که محدودیت تعداد کانکشن و حداثکر زمان اتصال برای هر ip را برداریم یا افزایش دهیم

لطفا حرفه ای ها کمک کنند مشکل بلاک شدن ای پی کاربران من حل شود. من پورت ۳۳۰۶ را هم باز کردم .
