خطا هنگام اضافه کردن اکانت

سلام whm رو نصب کردم ولی میخوام اکانت اضافه کنم این خطا رو میده

توی shh هم رفتم که postgresql رو نصب کنم
دستور postgresql-setup initdb رو وارد میکنم خطا میده میگه دسترسی ساخت فایل یا ... نداری
با یوزر رووت هم میرم
