مشکل در اپلود در سرور دایرکت ادمین

سلام دوستان من وقتی از داخل خود هاست میخام فایل اپلود کنم به مشکل میخوره انگار هنچین صفحه ای وجود نداره ارور کانکشن میده مرورگر واین ک از طریق فایل زیلا هم میخام متصل بشم زمانی ک میخاد فایل های داخل هاست رو لود کنه ارور میده

وقت بخیر،

تنظیمات سرور شما در بخش SFTP دارای مشکل هست. برای رفع مشکل راهکار زیر رو طی کنید:

1- نرم افزار FileZilla رو باز کنید.
2- از منو files گزینه Site Manager رو انتخاب کنید.
3- در پنجره جدید، سمت چپ بر روی دکمه New Site کلیک کنید.
4- حالا از سمت راست فیلد Host رو با اسم دامنه یا IP سرور پر کنید.
5- *مهم* در بخش Encryption گزینه Only use plain FTP رو انتخاب کنید.
6- Logon Type را به حالت Normal تغییر بدید و سپس نام کاربری و رمز عبور ورود به FTP را وارد کنید.
7- در نهایت دکمه Connect را انتخاب کنید.
