درخواست از کسانی که لایسنس whmcs دارن

سلام
بعد از اپدیت توسط پچ به اخرین نسخه یعنی whmcs 6.2.2 دیگه کپی (رونوشت) ایمیل پرداخت فاکتور به ایمیل مدیر ارسال نمیشه
داخل انجمن whmcs هم چند نفر این مشکل رو داشتن

لطفا یکی از دوستانی که لایسنس فعال دارن بهشوت تیکت بزنن و راه حل رو بگیرن

سلام شما دقیقا مشکلتون چی هست ما مشکلی شبیه شمارو داشتیم که بررسی کردن و حل شد
درضمن میگن یوزر پسورد بده مشکل ما از ماژول virtoalizor بود

Thank you for contacting WHMCS support! The cron job wasn't running because the command provided under Cron Jobs in cPanel had a typo (corns instead of crons). I have corrected that and attempted to run the script manually, but when I do I get the following error when it is trying to suspend Service ID: 426

Fatal error: Call to undefined function crypt_random() in /home/sarvit/public_html/portal/modules/servers/virtualizor/SSH2.php on line 941

This is an issue with the custom Virtualizore module you've installed from Softaculous and you will need to contact them to find out how to resolve it. Once that is done, the cron job sjhould be able to run automatically each day as expected.

مشکل کران جاب نیست

ببینید داخل قسمت قالب های ایمیل whmcs که برید ، یک قالب رو ویرایش بزنید اون بالا یه قسمتی داره برای اینکه تعیین کنید که یک کپی از این ایمیل به ایمیلی که میخواید هربار ارسال بشه (یعنی همونطور که برا مشتری ارسال میشه برا ایمیل دیگه ای که تعیین میکنید هم یه کپی ارسال بشه)

که قبلا هیچ مشکلی نداشتیم
بعد از اپگرید با پچ به 6.2.2 این مشکل پیش اومد

الان یکی که لایسنس داره بهشون تیکت بزنه بگه که hotfix (Case #CORE-9642) رو بهتون بدن خودشون میدونن چیه و پچ یا راه حل رو میدن
