سلام
یک اس اس ال نصب شده روی سایت
کنترل پنل دایرکت ادمین هست
ظاهرا باید فایل .pem رو یهجورایی معرفی کرد؟ نصب کرد؟

but my only problem is in some browser my this not work and i done som digging and find this :
The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate.
so,i need upload file in my private / public html ? (hosting panel is Directadmin)
due to havent any acces to the server root, and im just a simple user on this server can i solve this one problem too? or i need contact hosting provider to upload file in webserver directory
and which files need i apload for class 1 intermediate
sub.class1.server.ca.pem ?
and what else?

That's because the installation of your certificate is not complete. You should add the intermediate CA certificate to your installation. This is important, because most browsers will issue an error if this is not properly done.
The missing CA certificates can be obtained fromhttp://www.xxxxx.com/certs/ (http://www.startssl.com/certs/)
sub.class1.server.ca.pem - this is the one you need

خب درست شد مشکل از این بود که :
Step 4: Install the CA Root Certificate Return to the main SSL menu. At the very bottom is a link called "Click Here to paste a CA Root Certificate. Click the link and paste your CA Root Certificate in the textbox. Then, click the "Save" button. http://www.site-helper.com/gs82.gif Important: Remember to check the "Use a CA Cert." box. Although the installation of a CA Root Certificate is not always required, you may find that your SSL certificate will not function properly without completion of this step.

احیانابرای کسانی که در متور های جستجو این سوال رو دارند ، حتما باید فایل .pem رو در قسمت مشخص شده در دایرکت ادمین پیست کنید و تیک رو در شکل بالا هم بزنید.
برای چک کردن کامل و درست بودن اس اس ال خودتان از :
https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://google.com
استفاده کنید که کمک خوبی میکنه در باره ایرادات.
