مشکل در اپدیت آنتی شلر cxs

بنده هر کاری میکنم cxsانتی شلر اپدیت نمیشه و ارور زیر را نمایش میده لطفا راهنمایی کنید . بنده لایسنس معتبر دارم و خریداری شده.
