طبق ایمیل ارسالی الکسا، ظاهرا از 2 اکتبر به بعد دیگه امکان اعمال تغییرات و یا ایجاد تولبار جدید وجود نخواهد داشت!
البته تولبار های ایجاد شده قابل استفاده خواهند بود ولی نمی توانید تغییرات بدید.

Thank you for using the Alexa Toolbar Creator to create your customized toolbar. We wanted to let you know that, due to declining usage, we be retiring the Alexa Toolbar Creator tool on October 2, 2014.
Please rest assured that existing toolbars will continue to work. Any toolbars already installed in browsers will continue to operate normally, as will the toolbar download pages and widgets.
However, after October 2 you will no longer be able to create new toolbars, or to make changes to existing toolbars.
