Hello,
Thanks for standing by while I've continued to look into this. The "Other" usage is reserved for files owned by the user, but not available in their home directory. When reviewing the server, I see that most of the disk space appears to be used because of a very large virtfs directory. Since these are symlinks to system files, they don't actually consume more space on the disk.
For your reference, I've included the largest files and directories below (notice that /home/virtfs appears to exceed the total size of the disk completely, this simply isn't true and is only a result of the multiple hard links to large files in that directory):
The VirtFS directory is used by your users which use Jailshell for their crons, but if you'd like, more on /home/virtfs and how to disable it can be found at " https://documentation.cpanel.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=9273677 "
Besides this, I noticed that the /tmp directories appear to have a large amount of data and you may want to consider removing older files to clear up space. The "Eximstats" database is also very large, so you may be interested in reducing it's size by temporarily lowering it's retention in "WHM »Server Configuration »Tweak Settings »The interval, in days, to retain Exim stats in the database" as well.
In this case, "ojewweir" appears to have a few files of significant size in /tmp which are linked to again in /home/virtfs making it appear to use the extra space.
Please let us know if removing older files from /tmp or making modifications to your server's VirtFS mount does not help to reduce the account's "other" usage and we will be happy to investigate this for you further.
Regards,

Hello,
Unfortunately we have strict policies against removing any of our user's data ourselves so I'm unable to remove any of the data from your server myself.
The easiest way to reduce the disk usage which is appearing as "Other" will be to lower the retention time of Exim stats to reduce the size of its database, and to completely disable VirtFS on your server using the instructions at https://documentation.cpanel.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=9273677
Besides the two changes above, I had noticed that your /tmp directory was also very large, and contained some files owned by the users with "Other" usage. Because of this, you should also look into using the tmpwatch utility to automatically remove files which have no been accessed in /tmp for a certain amount of time. Some examples on using this can be found at http://linuxlefty.com/linux/tmpwatch.html
Alternatively, could consider removing any files older than a couple of days from /tmp using a cron such as the following:
find /tmp -type f -ctime -3 -exec rm {} \;
But using tmpwatch is much safer and a far better solution for this problem.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or need us to investigate anything else after implementing the changes above.
