Dear Reseller,
As per Thawte, a few of their old email aliases are no longer valid (eg: SSLadministrator, SSLwebmaster, it, mis) and a few new ones have been added to the current list.
Hence, we would no longer support ssladmin, info and sysadmin as generic approver options for domain validated certificates. We now support only the following Approver Email Addresses:
admin@domainname
webmaster@domainname
administrator@domainname
hostmaster@domainname
root@domainname
postmaster@domainname
If you are managing your digital certificates via Orderbox, you may ignore this mail as we have already incorporated the changes in the system.
However, if you use our API and have your own deployment for managing Digital Certificates, you would need to make the required changes to your code.
