I recently had several dedicated servers from webtropia and some VPS.
Since a few days webtropia closed all the servers without any evidence.. without answering my questions.
when I check my account the servers are still there..
But I received mails of the servers which were deactivated.. in the mail it said because of the open invoice... well I already paid them.. but still they wont reactivate them or atleast refund the money I paid for the next month.
The servers are still in the control panel so I am wondering if I will receive another invoice from them.. ofcourse I wont pay for it since the servers are still closed/deactivate and I cant use them.
Also Webtropia has a very very very bad support.. the website says 24/7 support but most of the time they respond after 1 day or not at ALL! I have to send them several mails before they respond to 1 ticket.. like 1 or 2 days later.. And If I open a ticket in the weekend.. I get response on monday or tuesday..
I think this is a bad customer service right.?
And if I ask for a server reinstall this also takes a while.. sometimes it takes 1 day.. and I even experienced it taking 3days.. just for a reinstall!?
So I think they wanted me to pay the invoice and then deactivate all my servers.. without evidence. I am not getting reponse from them now and they wont refund my money I paid this month without being able to use the servers.
For anyone here thinking about getting a server from webtropia.. think again. Their customer support is very bad and way too slow!
I always paid for my invoices and I have been a good customer for them. But then they do this to me..
Also their servers go down often and then I have to wait for a long time for them to fix the problem, like I remember a time when a switchport was broken.. it took them 2 days to fix it.
Just think again before ordering/renting any servers from webtropia, I dont want this to happen to any other peoples out there.
Take a look at other german hosting companies which will provide better service.
Webtropia and Myloc work together.
I can even show you how many tickets I have open with them, I made a screenshot of it. 1 other thing is.. they close tickets even if they didnt give you an answer. Thats not right!
Sorry for my bad english, I hope you will understand, I am very angry and disappointed in Webtropia as they promised me a good and fast support.
